"We had an incredible stay at Villa Beatrice. We were two families (8 people) who shared the Villa in two appartments with a wonderful roof-top terrace and a garden. It is in walking distance of the very center of Cormons. We enjoyed a hike - The Vigne Alte - from Cormons to Castello di Spessa through the vineyards. Giacomo was a great host! We will return for sure!"

"Lovely apartment (top one) in old but renovated villa. The whole place is full of history from the times of the families that used to live there centuries ago. Undeniably, the key highlight is the roof terrace, offering a great view over the surroundings and a nice place for sunbathing and dining. Communication with Giacomo was flawless. He is incredibly responsive and helpful. Ask him about wines and salami :) Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended!"

"Villa Beatrice was amazing from all angles- location, cleanliness, vibes and most importantly the host- Giacomo. Upon arrival, we were greeted with bottles of prosecco after a long drive. The second day Giacomo hosted us for a bottle of local white wine and fresh salami. The villa itself oozes with history of northern Italt and location-wise is great if you want to explore friuli venezia region and Slovenia. 5 star hosting of Giacomo made our stay even more pleasant. Strongly recommended to those who want to enjoy a get away with family and friends"
